Morro Coast Audubon’s 4th Street Overlook (1120 4th St, Los Osos, CA 93402) has had a complete rebuild, and it is looking even more beautiful! The overlook was constructed as a place for the public to quietly observe Morro Bay and particularly the birds that visit this amazing location. The original wooden overlook structure was built in 1974 and had deteriorated over the years. McClure and Co. recently reconstructed it using the same footprint as before, with new high-quality lumber that should withstand the test of time. On Sunday, November 17, MCAS President Judy Neuhauser, MCAS board members, and others involved with the project met to celebrate the opening and  to thank Libbie Agran, who provided funds to rebuild the overlook. Thank you, Libbie!

MCAS wishes to invite the public to come and enjoy the view and the birds, or just sit down and relax.
