Support Our MCAS Community: Today and Tomorrow

Who We Are

Morro Coast Audubon Society is a community-powered nonprofit working to protect the natural world and inspire the next generation of conservation leaders. Since 1966, we’ve been conserving vital habitats, educating youth, and connecting people of all ages to the wild beauty of California’s Central Coast.

For us, conservation is more than protecting open space—it’s about building resilient communities rooted in respect for nature. Every bird counted, every acre protected, every student inspired is part of that story.

When you give to MCAS, you’re investing in the future of the Central Coast: its lands, its wildlife, and its people.

Why Your Gift Matters

Your donation directly supports:

  • Robust environmental education that reaches hundreds of local students each year

  • Youth leadership programs that cultivate tomorrow’s conservation champions

  • Hands-on community engagement that connects tens of thousands to nature annually

  • Vital habitat preservation and restoration across the Central Coast

Together, we can ensure that every child—no matter their background—has the opportunity to learn from and love the natural world.

Double Your Impact

Thanks to a generous matching gift, all donations made through July 31, 2025 will be matched dollar-for-dollar. That means your gift goes twice as far to protect local ecosystems and empower future stewards of the land.

Give today using the form below—and help us grow a stronger, more connected, more vibrant Central Coast.

In early 2024, MCAS began using Bloomerang, a donor management system.
Be assured that MCAS and Bloomerang will never share your personal information with anyone.
