Morro Coast Audubon Society Presents a Members-Only Event
Field Trip: Santa Margarita Lake Birding
Date: August 5, 2025
Time: 8:00am to 12:00 Noon

Description: Join the MCAS Field Trip Leader Team for a leisurely morning walk along the shore of the lake observing migrating waterfowl. Great marshland and open water habitat. Along the route we will also experience Oak woodland and chaparral habitats. Note that there is a SLO County Parks Fee of $10 per car.
This field trip is NOT ADA accessible, bathrooms are available, and the trip is open to all levels of experience.
